The media in Assam has expressed gratitude to the ‘Nandamuri Basava Tarakam NTR Charitable Trust’ for standing by and assisting the flood victims of the state. The NGO ‘The Embryos-Ankuron’ stepped forward to help the people facing severe hardships due to floods in the Sivasagar district of Assam. They undertook this initiative with the aim of supporting the victims during this difficult time by providing food, clothing, and essential commodities. Members of ‘The Embryos-Ankuron’—Kamal Lochan Barman, Diganta Dutta, Dulal Das, Kaushik Haloi, Nitul Barman, Haren Haloi, and Shajamal Islam—toured the Sivasagar region in collaboration with the Hyderabad-based ‘Nandamuri Basava Tarakam NTR Charitable Trust.’ They met the flood victims in person to understand their challenges and subsequently distributed essential supplies, including rice, lentils, sanitary items, biscuits, clothing, and other necessities. Many have highly praised the services of these two organizations for responding with a humanitarian spirit and providing support to the victims during their time of distress.
