
The recent dispute involving the Dancers’ Association has been amicably resolved following a detailed meeting held today with key representatives from the Telugu film industry. The discussions were attended by Johnny Master, Dancers’ Association President Sumalatha, Federation President Anil Vallabhaneni, Directors’ Association representative Sai Rajesh, Producers Council representatives Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao and Tummala Prasanna Kumar.
Addressing the media after the meeting, Federation President Anil Vallabhaneni said that the Federation had taken the initiative to bring an end to the recent issues surrounding the Dancers’ Association. He stated that Johnny Master appeared before the Federation and provided a detailed explanation regarding the matter. After reviewing his clarification, the Federation decided to revoke the permanent suspension imposed on him.
He further announced that all members who had earlier submitted their resignations would participate in the Dancers’ Association General Body meeting on the 26th and move forward together. Necessary action against the Association Secretary will also be taken in the presence of the General Body members. Anil Vallabhaneni expressed his sincere gratitude to Nandamuri Balakrishna and Megastar Chiranjeevi, acknowledging that their timely intervention and guidance played a significant role in resolving the issue.
Speaking on the occasion, Johnny Master thanked the industry elders for their support and constructive discussions. He said that the Federation represents all 24 crafts of the Telugu film industry and that he had presented his explanation in that spirit. He expressed happiness that the matter had been resolved and thanked Balakrishna Garu and Chiranjeevi Garu for stepping forward and helping bring the issue to a peaceful conclusion.
Dancers’ Association President Sumalatha said the recent developments had caused considerable hardship for dancers. She appreciated the senior members of the industry for taking the initiative to resolve the issue and expressed hope that everyone would now move forward together. She also stressed that the hard work of workers should always be respected and fairly rewarded, while thanking everyone who contributed to the resolution.
Producers Council Secretary Tummala Prasanna Kumar described the issue as an internal matter that had now been settled through discussions. He assured that appropriate action would be taken against those found misusing union funds meant for workers. He also appreciated the efforts of Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao and thanked Balakrishna Garu for personally intervening and encouraging all stakeholders to resolve the issue in the best interests of the industry.
Senior producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao extended his gratitude to Nandamuri Balakrishna, revealing that the actor personally called from Kakinada and urged everyone to ensure that harmony prevailed within the Telugu film industry. He said both groups of dancers are hardworking professionals and that, after discussions with all concerned parties, the issue had been resolved amicably. He called upon everyone to work together in unity and continue supporting the growth of the Telugu film industry.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with all stakeholders agreeing to move forward together in the interests of dancers, workers, and the Telugu film industry. The industry acknowledged the timely intervention of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Megastar Chiranjeevi in facilitating an amicable resolution to the dispute.
