Story :
Set in the year 2009, the story takes place in a small village. A young woman working as a doctor in a nearby town visits the village along with her team to conduct a medical camp. In the same village lives a degree-educated young man from a modest family, who enjoys a happy life with his parents and friends.
The medical team stays at the village sarpanch’s house during the camp. Meanwhile, the young man falls in love with the doctor at first sight. Does she reciprocate his feelings? Do they eventually get married? Will their parents support their relationship or oppose it? What unexpected twists await them? To find answers to these questions, one must watch the film on the big screen.
Actors Performances :
Although this is Durga Dev Naidu’s first film as both actor and director, he never appears like a newcomer. He delivers an impressive performance as a village youth and succeeds particularly well in emotional scenes.
Anvisha performs convincingly in her role. She perfectly portrays a well-educated young woman from a small town through her appearance, behavior, and mannerisms. In a role that requires no glamour, she impresses purely through her acting skills.
Kittayya is outstanding as the father. Having already played numerous roles in his career, he takes another step forward with this performance. Roopakala is equally convincing as the mother. The two actors playing the hero’s friends provide good comic relief and deliver entertaining performances. The rest of the cast also contribute effectively within the scope of their roles.
