Sri Bhavatharni, daughter of renowned music director Sri Ilayaraja passed away. Ms. Bhavtarini who has won a special recognition for herself as a singer has received the best singer award at the national level. She went to Sri Lanka for cancer treatment and died there while receiving medical treatment.
