
SVBC Chairman Sridhar Varma took the initiative to address the long-pending salary increment issue of SVBC employees and helped find a solution. After being appointed as SVBC Chairman, Sridhar Varma attended his first meeting with the employees last month. During the meeting, he learned about several issues faced by the employees, especially the pending salary increments.
He brought the issue to the attention of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Minister Nara Lokesh, Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, and District In-charge Minister Anagani Satya Prasad. He also discussed the matter with SVBC MD & TTD EO Mudda Ravichandra, Additional EO C. Venkayya Chowdary, TTD SVBC CEO Dr. A. Sarath, and Tirupati TTD JEO Prabhala Gopi Chand (Education and Medical).
With their support and positive response, efforts were made to resolve the issue of the salary increments that had been pending for employees. The employees were happy that the issue was addressed and that they received the benefit of the salary increment.
Sridhar Varma thanked Mudda Ravichandra, Dr. A. Sarath and Prabhala Gopi Chand for their support and cooperation in resolving the issue. He also expressed his gratitude to everyone who responded positively to the employees’ concerns.
The SVBC employees expressed their happiness and thanked Sridhar Varma for his quick and positive response. They said that, being a local person, he understands their problems and difficulties and has stood by them.
