The OakTree School International celebrating its 8th academic year

The OakTree School International, established in 2017, is celebrating its 8th academic year, catering to students from Playgroup to Grade 5. The school follows an integrated curriculum that emphasizes project-based and activity-oriented learning, creating a dynamic environment where students can thrive.

Under the leadership of Principal and Director Gayatri Rao, who brings 16 years of experience, the school aims for educational excellence while ensuring a stress-free atmosphere. In line with its progressive approach, the school has announced the introduction of a Montessori classroom for the upcoming academic year, offering an even more nurturing learning space.

The curriculum at OakTree provides a balanced education, combining academics with extracurricular activities such as classical and western dance, yoga, and Kungfu. Students are encouraged to explore and grow through joyful, engaging activities that foster their overall development.

On December 14th, the school hosted its 7th Annual Opera, a vibrant event where students from Playgroup to Grade 5 showcased their talents. The event was graced by Chief Guest Smt. Aparna Surabhi, who delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of nurturing children with care and dedication, while also emphasizing the role of parents in shaping their children’s values.

Principal Gayatri Rao shared plans to introduce the Montessori method in the upcoming academic year and revealed the school’s intention to expand its offerings in the future, with classes extending up to Grade 10. This expansion will bring innovative and engaging teaching methods to further enhance the learning experience.

With a strong foundation and a commitment to holistic development, OakTree School International is poised for continued success in the years ahead.
